How do you remove Social Media Management (SocialBee) from cPanel?

Answer

The SocialBee application cannot be removed from a cPanel server and is installed when the cPanel update script runs; however, the SocialBee feature can be disabled, removing the interface from users' cPanel interfaces. Here is how to do so:

1. Log in to the WHM panel as the root user
2. Navigate to Home / Packages / Feature Manager
3. Under the Manage feature list dropdown menu, select disabled, then click Edit
4. Find Social Media Management in the list and check it
5. Click the Save button

Note: All features enabled in the "disabled" feature list will not be able to be enabled in other feature lists. This is a special list that fully disables the feature across the server.
