'MariaDB1011': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml:
All mirrors were tried
Description
Recently, it was brought to our attention that cPanel installations are failing. We found that this is caused by the MariaDB archive repository being offline. The installation was using this repository to retrieve the MariaDB packages.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-47151. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
Unfortunately, none are available right now. The installation places the MariaDB repo file in place, which causes the failure.
If you do not want to wait for a resolution and need to complete the installation, you can instead customize the installation to use MySQL as explained in the following article:
How to customize the version of MySQL or MariaDB used when installing cPanel
