Error "failed to reserve page summary memory" when attempting to set the default PHP version.

Symptoms

When attempting to update the EasyApache 4 default PHP version via the /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_phpconf script, we see the following error output:

CONFIG_TEXT: Fatal error: Uncaught PleskExt\WpToolkit\Exception\RemoteServerNonZeroExitCodeException: fatal error: failed to reserve page summary memory
