If you experience a problem with your website, it might be a good idea to verify your local browser isn't causing the issue before submitting a ticket to cPanel's technical support team. There are several reasons your browser could be experiencing an issue, such as the following:
- a recent update to the website, but your browser is caching old date
- old DNS data causing elements of the page to be unreachable
- your browser is outdated and needs to be updated to the latest version
- plugins that are blocking content
Whenever I run into these issues, I like to test the website in a stock browser with no modifications. If it works well there, the issue is likely with the specific browser you are testing and not an issue with the server settings.
