Symptoms
If your server experiences a serious crash or filesystem corruption, but you're able to get the old drive mounted in a new machine, you may need to manually recover the data to get the new machine up and running.
Workaround
While we do not have any automated tools in cPanel to help with this, we do have helpful guides available at the following links that explain how you can safely mount the drive and how to copy over the data.
