I've just set up a new server and I'd like to move all cPanel accounts from my old server to the new server. How do I go about doing so?

After you install cPanel & WHM on the new server, you can utilize the Transfer Tool to move accounts to the new server.
To access the Transfer Tool interface, log into the new server via WHM as root, then, locate the Transfer Tool in the sidebar under Transfers.
