Can cPanel reset a lost password?

I have lost or was not provided the login details to my account or server. Can cPanel reset the login to the account? 

Answer

cPanel support is unable to change the login credentials for end-users for security reasons. cPanel also has no method to change or force a password change without prior access. You'll want to talk to your hosting provider or the system administrator for the server.
