Symptoms

Incremental backups are not being copied to the remote backup destination.

Description 

This can occur if a transport type other than Rsync is used. Incremental backups will only be copied to Rsync-based remote destinations.

Workaround

Setup an Rsync-based remote destination, or switch away from Incremental backups.
