How do I install the best available SSL certificate for a domain?

Answer

The /usr/local/cpanel/bin/install_best_available_certificate_for_domain script installs the best availible certificate

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/install_best_available_certificate_for_domain $DOMAIN

When this command is run WHM will install the SSL based on what's availible in the system SSL storage
