Symptoms
You may see that cPanel accounts with certain usernames do not appear in WHM.
Description
This may be caused by the cPanel account using a reserved username. The reserved usernames can be found in our documentation.
Workaround
The following API call can be used to change the username of an account. Once changed to a username that is not reserved, it should show appear in WHM.
whmapi1 modifyacct user=CurrentUsername newuser=NewUsername
