1. Log in to WHM as root
2. Navigate to Home / Packages / Feature Manager
3. Under Manage feature list, select the desired feature list from the drop down menu that you want to disable the ability for cPanel users to change their theme style for
4. Click the Edit button
5. Uncheck Theme Switching
6. Click the Save button
