Searching the cPanel Knowledge base for support is easy and the following steps should be performed:

• Open the Knowledge base centre at support.cpanel.net 
• In the search field type your query, let's say you are searching for "service subdomains". After you type your query press enter, and a result list similar to the following one will appear, please note the search result type selection on the left side:
