How to install the Memcached PHP extension in WHM

Introduction

This article provides the procedure for installing the Memcached PHP extension in WHM.

Procedure

1. Log in to WHM as the ‘root’ user.
2. Navigate to "Home / Software / EasyApache 4."
3. Click the "Customize" button in the "Currently Installed Packages" section.
4. Click "PHP Extensions."
5. Search for memcached.
6. Click the toggle for the desired Memcached package(s).
7. Click "Review."
8. Verify that the desired packages will be installed.
9. Click the "Provision" button.
