Introduction
By default, suspended accounts are not backed up by automated WHM backups. If you would like to back up suspended accounts, the procedure below can be followed.
Procedure
- Log into WHM as the root user
- Open the 'Backup Configuration' interface
- Check the box next to 'Back up Suspended Accounts'
- Click 'Save Configuration'
