WP Squared: "Reset Password" button in the User login interface cannot be disabled.

Symptoms

The "Reset Password" button in the WP2 user login interface remains present even after the two WHM -> Tweak Settings options are disabled:

"Reset Password for cPanel accounts" 

"Reset Password for Subaccounts"
