Webmail does not log directly into Roundcube when enabled, v132+

Symptoms

When auto-login for Roundcube is enabled in webmail, it stays on the main webmail page after logging in.

Cause

Surveys are enabled by default on the webmail pages. For some services, the webmail survey URL didn't propagate to the configuration files. The missing webmail survey link causes the auto-login page to redirect back to the home page because the action couldn't be completed successfully.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in case ID CPANEL-52911.

Resolved versions are:

• 11.136.0.6
• 11.134.0.22

Alternatively, server administrators can disable the surveys by adding the following syntax to /var/cpanel/panel.ini.
