cPanel 130.0.18 update prevents WHM login - plugin error - Leika: plugin not found

Symptoms

Unable to log in to cPanel 130.0.18 due to the following error:

CONFIG_TEXT: plugin error - Leika: plugin not found 

Cause

The update to cPanel 130.0.18 was intended to resolve CVE-2026-41940. Following the update, users are unable to log in and instead see this error.

We have opened a case, CPANEL-52973, to review this further.
