Symptoms
In the cPanel Transfer Tool, when selecting what accounts to transfer. When disabling the "Update DNS Zone" option in the drop down menu for an account, and selecting "apply to other selected accounts" this does not actually apply the "Update DNS Zone" option to the other accounts.
Description
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-50935. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
De-select the "Update DNS Zone" option on all selected accounts manually.

Update: CPANEL-50935 is solved in the following cPanel & WHM version(s) and newer:
