PHP version changed from inherit to a defined PHP version for restored accounts during the next cPanel update.

Symptoms

After restoring an account that has domains that use the "inherit" PHP version, you find that immediately after the restore inherit is configured. Once the cPanel update script runs the PHP versions for the restored domains are changed from Inherit to the defined default PHP version.
