Symptoms

Creating a ticket from https://support.cpanel.net results in the following error.

Cause

The cPanel ID (id.cpanel.net) and WebPros accounts were created with different email addresses and will need to be updated.

Resolution

Login to your WebPros account and change your email to match the one from your id.cpanel.net account.

1. Access the Webpros account personal info here:
   https://account.webpros.com/profile/personal-info
2. Change your email to match that of the cPanel account you use to log into id.cpanel.net.
