Invalid License File. Incorrect authority delivering the license

Symptoms

/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt reports the following:

CONFIG_TEXT: License Check Failed: Invalid License File. Incorrect authority delivering the license.

Cause

An interrupted cPanel update.

Resolution

1. Log in to the server via SSH or WHM's Terminal as the root user

2. Run this command:

   # /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
