Symptoms

After updating the cpanel-csf package to cpanel-csf 16.18-1, you may receiving email notifications similar to the following:

Cause

This is caused by CSF blocking the cpanellogin user and processes.

We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-53105. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.

Resolution

There are no known workarounds at this time.
