How do I fix the "Permission Denied" error when opening DNS Zone Manager in WHM?

Introduction

You may receive the following error when accessing DNS Zone Manager as a reseller that does not have the required privilege.

Procedure

This is due to the reseller missing the "Manage DNS Records" privilege.

1. Log into WHM as root.
2. Navigate to "WHM / Resellers / Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges."
3. If you have more than one reseller user, select the affected reseller user and click "Submit."
4. Under "Feature Limits (ACL Lists)", enable the "Manage DNS Records" privilege as seen in this image:
   
5. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save All Settings."

The reseller should now be able to view all of the DNS zones available to them.
