How to grant Root Access to Reseller Users From The Command Line?

Introduction

In order to give a reseller the equivalent of root-level access to the server, you need to grant them all the available reseller privileges (AKA ACLs). 

Procedure

You can use the following API call to grant a reseller (USERNAME) all the ACLs: 

whmapi1 setacls reseller=USERNAME acl-all=1
