Symptoms
When Jetbackup is performing the daily backup, a partial failure message occurs.
[ERROR] Failed parsing ssl db file (/home/cpaneluser/ssl/ssl.db)
Description
When performing a daily backup, Jetbackup can fail to parse the ssl.db file if corrupted or in the EDGE v5.2.6 if the ssl.db file is empty or contains no certificates. This issue was introduced in the EDGE v5.2.6 and will be resolved in version v5.2.7.
Workaround
The parsing of empty ssl.db files will be repaired in v5.2.7. Unfortunately, we aren't aware of any workarounds until the update is available.
If the ssl.db files are corrupted, you can repair corrupted ssl.db files with the following command:
/scripts/rebuilduserssldb cpaneluser
Note: Replace cpaneluser with the cPanel account username.
