Symptoms
Active cPanel accounts are listed in Orphan accounts in Jetbackup5.
Description
Jetbackup5 will show Active cPanel accounts as Orphan accounts. This may result from a server reboot where the Jetbackup service started prior to the cPanel service and was unable to use the cPanel API to fetch the account data while syncing accounts, resulting in the active accounts being marked as Orphan.
Workaround
JetBackup case ID JB5-CP #72 has been resolved in JetBackup 5.2.8 as of 2022-05-11. Please update to this version or the latest available.
