Active cPanel accounts are listed in Orphan accounts in Jetbackup5.
Jetbackup5 will show Active cPanel accounts as Orphan accounts. This may result from a server reboot where the Jetbackup service started prior to the cPanel service and was unable to use the cPanel API to fetch the account data while syncing accounts, resulting in the active accounts being marked as Orphan.
The current workaround is to restart the Jetbackup service to sync the accounts. The Jetbackup service can be restarted by running the following command:
service jetbackup5d restart
We are tracking this upstream issue under cPanel case ID UPS-425 as well as with JetBackup case ID JB5-CP #72.
