php.ini settings may be reverted back to default if the “Initial Setup” URL is used to log in, even after modification via WHM » Multi-PHP INI Editor
Description
If scripts3/initial_setup_wizard1 is accessed or utilized after initially accessing WHM, changes to the php.ini files may be applied without confirmation.

Workaround
The best workaround, for now, is to avoid using "scripts3/initial_setup_wizard1" in any way after your first time logging into WHM. If you have a URL link that you use later on use the normal format:
