How do you change the PHP version for a domain?

 

Answer

WHM
  1. Log in to WHM as the root user
  2. Navigate to Home / Software / MultiPHP Manager
  3. Click on the User Domain Settings tab
  4. Locate the domain you wish to change the PHP version for
  5. Make a note of the current version!
  6. Select the desired version of PHP from the PHP Version dropdown box to the right of the domain

  1. Log into cPanel
  2. Click on the MultiPHP Manager
  3. Make a note of your current version!
  4. Click the check box of the domain(s) you wish to change the PHP version for
  5. From the PHP Version dropdown box, select the desired PHP version
  6. Click the Apply button to the right of the PHP Version dropdown box

Note: Visit your site to confirm that the change has not broken your site. If the site is broken, you can switch back to the previous PHP version
