WP Toolkit make a new screenshot generating error

Over the last few days, all of the screenshots for my WordPress sites have failed to generate. They used to work fine. Now, when I click the link to regenerate the images, I get this error in the cPanel error_log.

I removed the WP Toolkit plugin and reinstalled it. That did not resolve anything.

I also updated my cPanel version to 126.0.14 in hopes that the error may have been fixed in the latest version of cPanle but that also did not resolve the issue.

Any help on how to resolve the issues would be appreciated.

    Hi,

     

    Have you already checked the WP Toolkit logs to see if anything additional was logged about the issue? I believe there is also a hard coded timeout with the WP Toolkit screenshot generation tool. If the page in question is loading slowly that can prevent screenshots from being generated.

    I reviewed the logs as recommended in the link you provided. However, I do not see anything in the logs that reports an error.

    The strange thing is that today, when I checked the images, they appear fine.

    Go figure...

    I just checked the cPanel Error Log again, even though the images are appearing, I am still seeing this error in the Error_Log.

    Interesting issue is the error tells me to check this log - 

    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/php-fpm/error.log

    But checking that log, I do not see any errors for the time frame the error occurs.
