They should all be in the htaccess file in public_html. You could edit that file manually.

Try using the WHM Transfer Tool option. It will create an archive, but not include the email, just account info and databases. Then the balance of the site is streamed with rsync.

Go into the Feature Editor in WHM and make sure that the option Zone Editor (AAAA, CAA, SRV, TXT) is checked. Then when you click Manage you'll be able to edit all the records.
