Upstream Issues
Services and features that are included, function with, and associated with the cPanel product, but it not managed nor controlled by cPanel developers. Upstream(UPS) cases are used as a tracker to stay up to date on the services' current status and/or to track an internal case that cPanel submitted to the service in question.
- Upstream issue: MySQL 8.0.38-39 does not start (Segmentation Fault)
- 'libphp7.so conflicts between attempted installs' errors during cPanel installation on CloudLinux 9
- WPTK/Plesk website previews are not loading and show a broken image (April 14th, 2025)
- SpamAssassin sa-update fails with invalid config errors and update mirror failures
- MySQL GPG keys expired, preventing installation/upgrade of MySQL packages from the official repository.
