Symptoms

When attempting to log into Webmail, you encounter a fatal error. The error details will contain the following line.

[INFO]=[Banner: plugin not found]

Description 

This issue occurs when the cpanel-banners-plugin package is missing from the system.

Workaround

Install the cpanel-banners-plugin package.

yum install cpanel-banners-plugin

dnf install cpanel-banners-plugin
