Workaround
The /etc/dovecot/fts.conf file contains a plugin setting for local authentication and can be moved aside to be reconfigured with the reinstallation of the RPM:
mv /etc/dovecot/fts.conf{,.$(date +%s)}
yum reinstall cpanel-dovecot-solr
