Why am I receiving multiple user Download Notifications from JetBackup?
Answer
If Malware was detected in the download JetBackup will try to find an uninfected version of the same file. Since the Imunify-JB Security Plugin will go over each backup from newest to older and look for an uninfected version of the detected file this could result in multiple notifications being triggered.
It's recommended to review Imunify360's Malware Scanner -> History Page for infected files.
