Will CCS be supported on OS 9 releases or later in the future?

Answer

The currently provided plugin for CCS (Calendar and Contacts Server) relies on Python version 2, which is not supported on Enterprise Linux 9 operating systems. Our development team is looking into providing a replacement, but there is no confirmation at this time.

If you require this functionality, please consider using AlmaLinux, CloudLinux, or Rocky Linux 8. Ubuntu servers also support the current CCS plugin.
