Does cPanel offer support regarding Tomcat?

How much support can cPanel provide us with helping to set up a Tomcat application?

At this time, we here at cPanel focus our support on the EasyApache 4-provided Tomcat package. This package works with the ea-podman script to allow for container-based setups on our currently supported operating systems such as AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux™, or Ubuntu®. Ultimately, our focus would be to assist with the installation and initial setup of these containers. While we do go into every ticket on a mission to diagnose, identify, and resolve the cPanel & WHM issue being faced, we would not be able to assist with the actual development or configuration of any Tomcat applications themselves. For specific questions regarding Tomcat itself, we would recommend working with a system administrator or an experienced Tomcat developer to make sure that all your application needs are met.
