Webmail error: 403 Forbidden openresty

Symptoms

When accessing webmail on servers running Imunify360, you encounter the following error.

403 Forbidden 
openresty

Description

A defect in the imunify360-webshield-bundle package causes this issue. Imunify360 released a patch in version 1.30.3 to correct this behavior.

Workaround

1. Access the server's command line as the 'root' user via SSH or "Terminal" in WHM.
2. Update the imunify360-webshield-bundle package.
   • CentOS 7, CloudLinux 7

     yum update imunify360-webshield-bundle -y

   • AlmaLinux 8/9, CloudLinux 8/9, Rocky Linux 8/9

     dnf update imunify360-webshield-bundle -y

   • Ubuntu

     apt install imunify360-webshield-bundle --only-upgrade -y
