Symptoms
Jetbackup5 shows the install button in WHM Marketplace.
The following error can also be seen in the cPanel error_log file. The cPanel error_log is located at path: "/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log".
warn [whostmgr13] You successfully purchased the JetBackup license.
However, the system does not have JetBackup installed. See the error log
for more information, or try again later. If the problem persists,
contact Customer Service.
Description
The WHM marketplace is unable to correctly determine whether Jetbackup5 is installed due to a mismatch in the path where it is installed. If Jetbackup5 is installed and operating correctly, you can ignore this message.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-42256. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
Create a symlink for jetbackup to jetbackup5. This is the easiest solution without creating any additional leftover components.
ln -s /usr/local/jetapps/var/lib/jetbackup5 /usr/local/jetapps/var/lib/jetbackup
