Why is the LiteSpeed Cache Manager plugin missing?

Answer

The LiteSpeed Cache Manager plugin has to be installed from the LiteSpeed Web Server interface in WHM. Here is how to install it:

1. Log into WHM as root
2. Navigate to Home / Plugins / LiteSpeed Web Server
3. Scroll down to the cPanel Plugin section
4. Click Install
