Symptoms
You may see that clients are routinely being logged out of cPanel or WHM interfaces, and the message "Your IP Address Has Changed" will display.
Description
This issue is caused when, after a user has logged in, the IP address used to access the cPanel server changes.
This change is detected by a setting named 'Cookie IP Validation' under WHM's Tweak Settings.

The setting is under the "Security" section, labeled "Cookie IP validation."
By default, this setting is set to 'strict'.
Workaround
This setting can be reduced from 'strict' to 'loose' to only validate that the access IP address and the cookie IP address are in the same class C subnet.
If you continue to see users being disconnected from cPanel or WHM, you can 'disable' this check.
