How to change the Apache port in WHM

How do you change the Apache port in WHM?

Answer

1. Log in to WHM as the 'root' user.
2. Navigate to Home / Server Configuration / Tweak Settings.
3. Click the System tab.
4. Select the textbox option for Apache non-SSL IP/port.

5. Enter the new port number after the colon:

   CONFIG_TEXT: 0.0.0.0:81

6. Select the textbox option for Apache SSL port.

7. Enter the new port number after the colon:

   CONFIG_TEXT: 0.0.0.0:444

8. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
