Question

How can I use JetBackup to restore an account?

Answer

1. Access your server using WHM as the root user.
2. From within the JetBackup interface, select the "Restore and Download" tab.
3. Choose "Single Account".
4. Search for the account's username you wish to restore and select it from the list
5. To restore everything, select "Restore" from the action list. To select specific parts of the account to restore, enable "Advanced Settings."
6. If choosing frrom the "Advanced Settings" tab, select which individual part of the account to restore and select the "Restore" action.
