How do I customize the default cPanel template pages?

I'd like to change the branding or language for the Default Web Page or Suspended page. Is this possible? How do I customize DefaultPage.cgi? How do I customize the Suspended Account page?

To edit the default templates, you'll use the Web Template Editor in WHM.

To access the Web Template Editor, log in to WHM as root, or as the reseller you'd like to edit the templates for and use the search to locate "Web Template Editor" in the sidebar.

The Web Template Editor allows you to create placeholder web pages. These pages will appear to visitors who navigate to a site on your server that:

• Has not yet been configured by the domain owner (see the Default Website Page tab)
• Has moved (see the Account Move tab)
• Is experiencing a connection or firewall problem (see the Connection Selection tab)
• Has been suspended (see the Account Suspended tab)
