Can you store email on a separate partition?

Is it possible to move or set the location in which emails are stored?

Unfouratenly, not at this time. We do have a feature request which discusses the use of a separate partition, and we do encourage you to vote and comment to show your support for this. We also have our mail-node profile, which aims to help offload your email service to another server.
