Introduction
EasyApache4 is an option in our WHM that will allow you to quickly install Apache and PHP versions and modules that are available in our package repos.
Procedure
You can find the EasyApache4 option under the Software section of your WHM screen:
Once you click on this, it will load up a list of profiles. You will want to select the 'Customize' icon for the Currently Installed Profiles.
The next screen will provide you a list of options that are available to add/remove/change.
Apache MPM
Various Apache Processing Modules can be installed here. Installing one module will uninstall any conflict packages that are installed.
Apache Modules
You will be able to add selected Apache modules to the server.
PHP Version
This is where you can select PHP versions to be installed. Currently, this will only allow PHP 5.4 or higher to be installed. If you need older versions of PHP, you may want to look into CloudLinux as an option.
PHP Extensions
You will be able to add modules for installed PHP versions. This where you will be able to install modules such as mbstring and fileinfo.
Ruby via Passenger
Install some Ruby packages if needed.
Additional Packages
This currently only adds options for tomcat and nodeJS, but more may be added to this in the future.
Review
This is where all the items will be listed that will be added/remove/updated/etc. On this page, you will find the 'Provision' button to complete the process of the changes that were selected.
