How to disable the Glass theme feedback banner for newly created accounts

Introduction

In cPanel and WHM version 96, we added a new style, Glass, to the cPanel index page. This added a notification to the top of the cPanel interface asking for feedback:

Procedure

You can disable the Glass feedback banner via the cPanel Skeleton Directory by running the following commands:
