How to position cursor above replies by default in Roundcube

When replying to a message in Roundcube, it may be desirable to have the cursor positioned above the rest of the content by default.

To achieve this, you can navigate to the Roundcube settings by selecting the "Settings" icon and changing the value from the "Composing Messages" section as follows:

Settings -> Composing Messages -> When replying -> select "start new message above the quote"
