Can't install LSAPI due to Error: ea-liblsapi conflicts with 1:liblsapi-1.1-39.el7.cloudlinux.x86_64

Symptoms

When installing LSAPI with EasyApache 4, the below error can occur:

Error: Package: ea-apache24-mod_lsapi-1.1-41.41.29.cpanel.x86_64 (EA4) 
Requires: ea-liblsapi = 1.1 Error: ea-liblsapi conflicts with 
1:liblsapi-1.1-39.el7.cloudlinux.x86_64 The entire output was logged 
to: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/packman/errors/2021-06-30_19:58:36-1

Description 

This issue can be observed after uninstalling CloudLinux as this may leave behind CloudLinux packages on the server. Uninstalling CloudLinux can cause issues in general when provisioning new packages with EasyApache 4 as the version isn't rolled back to cPanel package versions automatically. CloudLinux leaves the packages as this will continue to function. It would be up to the system administrator to correct this problem.

Workaround

First, remove the conflicting CloudLinux package:

yum remove liblsapi

Then, install the LSAPI package for EasyApache 4.
