Symptoms
When Imunify360 is installed, "Service Status" in WHM shows the "exim" and "imap" services as "down" or "pending" even though they are up.
Description
This issue occurs when Imunify360's "PAM brute-force attack protection" and "Exim+Dovecot brute-force attack" options are enabled, and Imunify360 doesn't have a valid license.
Workaround
Verify that the server has a valid license for Imunify360, then activate the license. If Imunify360 doesn't have a license because you plan on removing it, run the following commands to remove the Imun360 brute-force settings from the Dovecot configuration and rebuild the Dovecot configuration.
