Symptoms
When accessing cPanel as a user after updating to 134.0.63, icons for third party applications are missing from the UI.
Cause
The permissions on the /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/jupiter/assets/application_icons/sprites/icon_spritemap.png are set to 600 instead of 644 as expected.
Resolution
Simply fix the permissions to be 644.
chmod 644 /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/jupiter/assets/application_icons/sprites/icon_spritemap.png
